We are so pleased to share that Long Itchington now has 2 ladies netball teams! The teams are currently playing in a midweek “Back to Netball” league at Copswood Sports and Social Club, in
Coventry. Our teams are Long Itchington Lightening and Long Itchington Thunder. Our aim for the future is to have our own court in Long Itchington. This will enable us to be even more inclusive, having extended options such as children’s teams as well as walking netball sessions! To do this we’ll be asking for community support. If you could spare a few minutes to fill in a very short questionnaire and give us your thoughts – this will help enormously with our grant application to HS2.
