We are delighted to let you know that the appeal lodged by Rosconn with the Appeals Inspectorate has been turned down.  The Appeals Inspector ruled that the site was unsuitable for development – Rosconn was proposing to develop it for self-build housing.

You can read the full judgment here –

Only the High Court can quash this decision.

We would like to thank everyone who lodged comments and objections.  The Parish Council would also like to thank Cllr Louis Adam and Cllr Christopher Kettle for their significant contributions throughout the process. And a special thank you to Cllr Jon Venn for spearheading this challenge.
