Deadline to submit comments on Ruby’s Meadow planning application has passed

At the parish council meeting on May 22nd, councillors agreed unanimously to object to the latest planning application submitted by Rosconn on the site known as Ruby’s Meadow. The application is for access to a site with the intention of providing eight self-build plots.

When a very similar application at Ruby’s Meadow was considered in 2022 it was rejected by the planning committee of SDC and, following an appeal by Rosconn, it was considered by the Planning Inspectorate in 2023 who ruled against Rosconn and rejected the application.
