Parish Council writes to government ministers requesting a stop to HS2

Many councils along the route have written to HM Government expressing their deepest concerns about the wisdom of continuing with this project.

Long Itchington will be seriously and adversely affected by the construction of HS2. Long

Itchington Parish Council takes the view that it must speak up for our community and in support of other councils along the route, pointing out the burgeoning costs, dubious benefits and irreversible environmental damage to landscapes and wildlife.
