The Parish Council is consulted on all local planning applications but it is Stratford-on-Avon District Council, as the local planning authority, which decides whether or not to grant planning permission. All planning applications submitted in the past year are held on the Stratford-on-Avon District Council website, and can be read below. Any comments on or objections to plans should be sent to the Planning Department, Stratford District Council, Elizabeth House, Church Street, Stratford upon Avon, CV37 6HX or by clicking “comment” for a particular planning application by the stated date. Full details of all parish council decisions on applications are contained in the Parish Council minutes. It is useful for the Parish Council to receive your views when discussing planning applications.
