Gladman planning application for new houses at Collingham Lane has been refused permission

Stratford District Council Planning department have issued a refusal for the Gladman planning application for up 80 houses in Collingham Lane. The grounds for refusal are numerous and this is welcome news to many.

The applicant is able to appeal this decision if he so wishes.  Appeals are lengthy, complex, expensive and time-consuming.  This has given Long Itchington a breathing space for the time being.
